The 66-year old actor and comedian's rumoured death spread like a virus carried by fake journalist, even some big TV stations had to cut their live news being confused that the actor, sam loco, may still be alive.
Nollywood cannot afford to lose another big star following the death of veteran actor, Ashely Nwosu on April 21, and buried on June 11 2011.
Sexy actress Geneveive Nnaji was also a victim of the fake rumour when she reported on her twitter account the sam loco is dead.

She later twitted that "WAIT!!! HOLD ON!! I hear uncle Sam is still alive??!! I'm really happy but mad at the same time cause I confirmed from 3 'reliable' source."

Sam Loco was the interim chairman of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
