Why Top Showbiz Stars Shunned Muma Gees's Wedding

On the 20th to 23rd of December,2011 top female singer cum actress Gift Uwame popularly called Muma Gee tied the nuptial knot with her heartthrob, Prince Eke at Rivers and Imo states respectively. Although as one of the most

exciting things that happened in the industry in 2011, eye witnesses revealed to us that top showbiz stars were not present at the wedding as expected.



Going by the information gathered, all her colleagues were indeed very happy for the bold step she took, and their absence was not out of hatred, but inability to secure air tickets on the scheduled date as the season was very hot that various air-crafts were grounded and re-booked to run different routes.



Others allegedly insisted that they had no plans to travel during the festive seasons, and abandoned the idea of travelling to the Eastern part of the country completely when Muma Gee allegedly refused to make things available for their logistics
